Our legal services include: Immigration Court representation, legal advice to identify the best options and strategies for our clients’ immigration processes filed with the USCIS (U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services); consular processing cases filed with the NVC (National Visa Center) which is part of DOS (U.S. Department of State); and those cases that need to be filed with DOL (Department of Labor).

Mayra Martinez, Attorney

Mayra Martinez is licensed to practice law in both the United States and Mexico. Mayra obtained her law degree in 1997 from UANL in Mexico, where she graduated at the top of her law school class. In 2000, Mayra moved to Houston, Texas where she went on to earn an L.L.M. (Master of Laws) from the University of Houston, Law Center.
